Are there any discounts for quantities of a product?

If you are planning a special occasion and wish to order a large quantity of items please call us at (800) 710-0999. We offer volume discounts on orders of 6 or more of any one item.

How much are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are a function of the weight, size of the package and the location to which it is being sent. Our site is set to accept your order and calculate your shipping all before you actually commit to the sale. UPS Ground is usually the least expensive for shipment OVER 2 pounds. US Priority mail will be slightly less UNDER 2 pounds.

What are your hours of business?

Our sites are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and 365 days of the year. We have live business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday, to answer any of your questions and to take telephone orders if you prefer.

Can I get a gift card send with my purchase?

Yes. We are more than happy to make up and appropriate gift card with your sentiments. There is a gift card box on your checkout form where you can type in the comment you wish to send.

Can you gift wrap my purchase?

Our very large bears, 20" and over, cannot be gift wrapped because of their size.

Yes, we will wrap the bear in appropriate colored tissue paper and place it is a gaily decorated gift bag and top it with a complementing colored bow. There is an $8.00 charge for gift wrapping per order.

How soon will my package arrive if I select standard shipping by USPS Priority Mail?

UPS Ground usually takes between 1 to 6 days depending upon your location. During the Holiday Season it might take a bit longer.

Do you take orders by phone?

Yes, we are more than happy to take phone orders during our normal business hours between 8:00 AM to 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Can you ship to the United Kingdom or other foreign counties?

Yes we ship to the UK, most of Europe, and Australia. Our site is set to except your order and calculate your shipping costs before you actually commit to th sale. You will need to use Global Express UK as your shipping option.

We do ship to Canada and the preferred shipping method to Canada is UPS Ground Standard.

Please note, all foreign orders must be shipped to the BILLING ADDRESS ONLY!
